Back in July I purchased a new "SkyEasy Smart FPV Glider" from GearBest. When I recieved the new glider I went to fly it and no sooner then it took off it hooked a quick right and dove to the ground and crashed breaking the plane in 3 pieces. I spent the next day gluing the plane back together and got it ready for another flight. I was going through a preflight check since it crashed the day before and noticed the right aileron jerking up and down and then sticking up, so I tried playing with the trim on the transmitter but none of thr trim buttons would change the trim, so they didn't work either. After checking the transmitter out more I noticed that the stablization mode wouldn't work either, it caused the ailerons to flutter up and down erratically and the motor wouldn't turn on but just sit there and beep. At this point I think most of the problems are with the transmitter which is the new Macfree 6 channel transmitter.  After crashing the plane because of the defects I contacted GearBest to see about getting it replaced but was told that there was nothing they can do except contact the manufacture of the plane which is" Shenzen Topwing Intelligence Technology Co.., Limited "  So I said okay and have been waiting 2 monrths with no responce and a defective Rc Plane I can't do anything with. Money down the drain it looks like.

Chinese and India companies take NO responcibility once they have sold you an item it yours working or not. Also I have emailed Shenzen Topwing Intelligence Technology Co.., Limited many many times over 2 months with only one responce that I will be contacted soon by their service department and nothing since then a month ago. So I will plaster my story everywhere I can until maybe I get some responce from them or maybe GearBest will step up to the plate like they shgould have to begin with instead of me chasing the manufacture to replace trhere product.  Anyways I advise everyone to stay away from both companies until they get with it and take care of their customers instead of pissing them off and losing them.
