March 3 2011 I got call from company who fix my air conditioner in 2010.I was badly surprised Shield Star home warranty company never paid for service therefor they ask me to pay $110.
I tried to call at 877-782-7987 and was more surprised the phone has been disconnected and website www.shielstar.com do not exist at all.
Now I know for sure I don't have any warranty right now and my money paid $369.95 for 1 year is gone. This fraudulent company took money from people like me and evaporated in air. Who can find them now?
