I made a wholesale purchase with shop flip flops last October 2008 in the amount of $2,000 plus for 150 pairs of havaianas flip flops with Alan. There is NO doubt that shop flip flops is robbing me in front of my face. They made me deposit the amount through the BANK OF PANAMA which I immediately secured for them to ship out the 150 pairs of havaianas. It was a hard earned money on my part used to start my struggling business here in the Philippines and half of it was lent to me by a lending company. Unfortunately I could no longer start my business and I'm now faced with a debt...After paying the amount I never missed a day in contacting them with my orders but nobody is answering my emails. One time they answered my email and told me that they already shipped out the havaianas. I was so happy with the news but then when I emailed them asking for the tracking number again they didn't answer my emails. Until last january 2009 a person named Kent emailed me and told me that Alan is no longer connected with them and that my order is just sitting around the corner and apologized for the delay. I was so relieved but then again when I emailed Kent asking them to ship out the havaianas he responded that they will just refund me because some models of the havaianas were already out of stock.

Up to now I haven't receive my refund much more even a single email from them. It's so sad that I still see their website up to now and still selling havaianas and I don't know if the customers ever received their orders...

Alan has not worked for the company for 3-4 months. You may contact the company or the new wholesale manager [email protected] If you had a problem why didn'y you contact the company directly??? Please send an email to [email protected] with your date of purchase, amount bank wired, order email and he will definately get back to you urgently. SFF
