In September of '02 I purchased a V2 premier computer, with all the whistles and bells. As advertised, I was to receive six months AOL for free. That did not occur. After three months Aol was taking money out of my account. No money has been returned, and Shopnbc seems as if they just don't give a d**n.

Recently I started having trouble with the hard drive locking up.

I went through all the steps the techs had me go through, and the tech said the mother board, and the hard drive had to be replaced, but first, I had to give them my credit card number in the event I don't return the defective parts, I would be billed.

Having agreed, to this, I am still waiting for the mother board and the hard drive, which is now on back order. This has me somewhat bothered because to have such a necessary part on back-order My computer in no way is the only one with the same problems, apparently there are many, many out there with this defective computer.

Every word spoke on Shopnbc shoud be taken with a grain of salt the people at shopnbc tell the consumer just what the consumer want to hear, which makes for great sales for the day. Meantime,

mother boards, and hard drives are being replace at practically the same pace, in my opinion.

V2 Premier can't even tell me if my parts were shipped, nor can they tell me if not, when. Back order has no definitive date, nor explaination, and their techs are arrogant and quick to transfer you to someone else, and all the time my computer is STILL frozen in time, just like the back-ordered parts.

I have come to the conclusion to freeze the final payment to Shopnbc, pay someone local to repair this junk, deduct the three months AOL I didn't receive from the final payment, and simply send Shopnbc the difference with all bills attached.
