In October of 2018  purchased the Borocchi wireless earbuds from Shopify.  My credit card was charged the amount.  In November 2018 I contacted Borocchi-Shopify because I hadn't received my order # Brcchi-1583 and was advised they were such a large response they ran out but would restock and I would be notified when shipped. 

It is now March 4, 2019 and I have not received the earbuds nor a credit to my credit card.
