Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recently bought some Imaging software through Symantec's web site for my company. It appears that symantec has a contract with digitalriver.com to host their trnsaction business so you are transferred to digital river site to complete the purchase. They are a known company and I have used them before with other purchases. Once you complete the transaction you are directed to a page where a blinking icon asks if you wish to save $20 on your purchase? I think this is probably a rebate so I click the icon. It then requests that you reenter you CC information which I did then you are sent to screen after screen of spam ads after 20 or 20 of these stupid pages I killed the connection.

At no time does it tell you that you have authorized or agreed to this SO CALLED friggen service. I didn't find it out until I notice the two identical charges on my American express card. I promptly called AMX and they are now investigating this charge, but I just looked again today and now their are two more charges on this account.

I will call AMX again tomorrow, but this is ridiculous. I called and they agreed to drop this so called membership and terminate any charges. How can this company be allowed to operate. Why doesn't connecticut AG shut them down? Mean while I will just cancel this card and get another number. CC companies are so usless.

Looking at others on this site it appears this fraud goes under many different names, websites, and phone numbers. Unbelievable!
