I was an early adaptor for this company, having purchased a "lifetime license" in 2011. When they came out with version 7, they called it something different and told me that my lifetime license would only work for version 6, which was being discontinued. Well, the product continued in the form of version 7 and their subscription model.
They could have had just A SMALL BIT OF INTEGRITY and kept their promise to "lifetime" customers, but they gave into greed over honesty. And you'd really hope that this kind of company would be honest... expecially if you're going to trust them with your passwords.
To be completely transparent here, I'm still using their product because I liked it. But even after all these years I'm still pissed at the way they treated me - so I'm happily writing a complaint.

Hi Melvin, I would like to reach you as I am having the same problem and talking to BBB and might be filing a law suit depending on the outcome of the compalint. Can you reach me out from(((REDACTED))). And do you know any other early adaptor having the same problem.
