I contacted Sigma Beauty on 1/22/16 and informed them that the coupon code that I used, which they supplied me for being a first time customer did not work and I wanted the difference refunded back to my form of payment.
My response from them was automated on 1/22/16.

Their response on 1/25/16 was completely unrelated to my problem that I emailed them about.
"Thank you for the comment with your recent Sigma purchase! Unfortunately, at this time, the full size E40 gold brush is not being offered as a free gift. I apologize for any inconvenience. I see that the E25 mini blending brush was selected with this order and will be included in your package with your other products. Thank you and I hope you have a beautiful day! TAMI BRENDEL"
Another response on the same day 1/25/16 again completely unrelated was.

Again on 1/26/16 I emailed them
"Hi,

On 2/4/16 I finally receive a response.
"I am so sorry that you have not gotten a response from us regarding a discount. What discount code were you trying to apply to your order? I would be happy to look into this for you. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

Sadly they can look at my purchase and see the coupon code that I used!
I reply on 2/4/16

I applied a 20% off code. It also allowed me to stack on a 10% off or $10 off code. This was my first time ordering."
Since then the only email I have received from them was the automated one on 2/4/16.

Now mind you the next business day is 2/5/16, the second business day is 2/8/16 and the third business day is 2/9/16. It is 2/11/16 and still I have not heard from them. Remember I originally brought this to their attention on 1/22/16!
I sent an email on 2/8/16 using their online form to inform them that I wanted to return my product and never heard back from them.
So finally on 2/11/16 I sent them my last email.
