Gouldsboro,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I'm sorry you had to go through all that Jason. I too experienced a nightmare with those 2 dirt bags. I worked for them for exactly 1 week, just long enough to get them situated and organized in the new Mount Pocono office and set up all the new computers with internet. When all that was done, I recieved a call from Shelly on Sunday and was told that things weren't working out and that they didn't want me to come back. When I asked what had happened, I was accused of having a conversation with an irrate customer and giving her damaging information about the company. When I went to get my paycheck, of course, Shelly was out getting them. I asked Carleen if I could here the recorded conversation and she told me she didn't have to let me hear it (which told me it was a bold face lie). I then told her that I would take it to the labor board and request to hear it then. She escorted myself, my fiance and my son in law out of the office to wait outside for Shelly. When Shelly go there, Carleen had her rip my notebook apart, removing any notes involving the company, and I still couldn't get my paycheck. I had to file for it through the labor board and get it that way. I wish nothing more than to see those 2 put out of business and sent back to the ghetto slums where they came from. They are scamming people on a daily basis and getting away with it! My fiance and son in law are still waiting for an answer on the overtime claims they have filed against Signature, this has been going on for over 2 years now. Since then, the grimy h*o's have filed bankruptcy and were arrested in October of 2005 for assaulting a customer and a police officer! When will there be an end to these 2!

"Quoted - Jason" Our next job was in new york. she stated that we will be moving a "poor family". so that day while it was pouring rain outside, Carleen said for us to not rap anything in blankets and put it on the truck. after we were done. there were some misc. things that needed to be put on the truck. carleen said that they needed to be put in boxes. each box cost $32 each. and the customer was fuming. I couldnt understand why these things needed to be put in boxes when she didnt want any of the furniture rapped or padded in blankets. "Quoted - Jason" Wasn't NY btw - I am the customer that you went to..... This might help you remember .... My invoice from 03/28/05 - 1 year ago if link doesn't work in this forum then go to it manually (highlight and paste) www.tl-ftp.com/pics/signature.jpg For those reading this this is the lastest update on Signature..... The FMCA - has sent case to criminal division within the FMCA - contacts on this are Mark or Terry at (570)346-4949 / fax (570)821-0480. Spoke with Terry as of today 3/28/06 - also called Signature's 888-686-6837 and they still answer. I asked where is my stuff located and they hung up on me. Called back and like expected - no answer. Going to do a net trace on the 888 number to see if they relocated or not. Sharing info because hoping that maybe it might help somone else out to help figure what we can all do. What we have done to get over this crisis, is just keep in our mind that we had a fire and lost everything. Thing that is scaring us, is that there is stuff that can be used (personal info - BC's, SS's, etc) that can be used (id theft). Also we had pictures of our kids and my wife's parrents (now deceiced) that can't be replaced, nor does anyone in our family has. Just one year later and still company still exists and property still isn't returned or stated it's whereabouts.

Jason, You describe the intimidation and the fanatic attemps by the 2 at Signature to "document" their actions. I have 3rd party witnesses and they scoffed because they were not "their " witnesses. Words are twisted to suit their side of the story. Your comment was very interesting, since I was scammed because of "overtime" charges, among other additional costs that were never itemized.
