After filing this report, I was contacted my Derek in Accounting per email on 4/7 that the check was going out on 4/7/16 (they are "a little" behind and I should be patient). So no that is not on time since the the signings took place on 2/3/16 and 2/11/16. I am willing to remove this as soon as I receive my check.

We were surprised to see this false and libelous public statement made by notary Lori Lindgren from Redwood City, CA. She understood the payment terms clearly when she accepted work from us. Our agreement with Lori Lindgren clearly spelled out that her payment would be processed once we receive funds, and that it usually takes approximately 60 days.
In many cases, it takes a signing agency 60 to 90 days to receive payment from escrow if the transaction was on behalf of a major mortgage lender due to the invoicing and payment terms between companies. In this case, notary agent Lori Lindgren agreed electronically to these terms before carrying out the work. She was also reminded of or terms and conditions on multiple occasions.
Notary public Lori Lindgren had two outstanding payments, one from 2/11/16 for $40 and one from 2/3/16 for $70. Both of her payments were sent out yesterday 4/7/16. The time she had to wait for payment was 64 days for the first check and 56 days for the second check.
Also, the notary falsely stated that she did not receive any response to her emails. However, our records show she received prompt and timely responses to all of her emails.
Our company has a 100% payment track record for the thousands of valued notary signing agents we work with on a monthly basis. For further questions or comments regarding this matter, please contact a company representative.
