Silicon Valley Peripherals - SVP HDDV-2800 DIGITAL CAMCORDER through Ebay Does not work NO PRODUCT SUPPORT Ripoff Fremont California
I bought an SVP HDDV-2800 BLUE DIGITAL CAMCORDER/CAMERA/MPEG 4 VIDEO RECORDER/PLAYER through adamsauctionworld on Ebay. The battery will not charge, so I can not even try this camera.
I contacted the seller about the battery, and was told to contact SVP. This company apparently offers zero support on their product
I contacted the company twice and have not received any response. I looked for a battery to buy, but can not even find this battery anywhere.
I decided to contact the seller and asked about sending this camera back for a refund. I have not heard back yet, but hopefully I will be able to return the camera.

Someone at SVP finally did get back to me and after a couple of emails, agreed to send me a battery. I received the battery and now my camera works fine.
