Silver Express Logistics Robert Martin Company changes it's name to hide bad reviews - already starting to play games with customers Miami Florida
I hired a transport broker to move my Land Rover. While my contracted broker was trying to line up a truck... I receive a call from Robert with Silver Express Logistics. He acted like he was the carrier assigned to pickup my car. I thought he was assigned by my current broker. He said all he needed was the Address and Point A and Point B so I emailed him the address. He is not a carrier. My contracted broker called me and said my vehicle is now double posted on the national dispatch board and this is causing a delay in getting the vehicle picked up. I never signed a contract or gave money to Silver Express Logistics and I'm very upset at the way they represented themselves and how this company WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION posted my load as if they did have a signed contract to move my Land Rover. This guy has been in business for one month (according to my research) and seems like he's willing to lie cheat and steal to make a sale. Avoid this company as they use very deceiving practices to trick customers. Buyer beware.
