Silvio O. Rocha Silvio Rocha Sociopath, White Collar Criminal who committed fraud on his mother's home & left his mother out in the streets Belmont, California

This Sociopath was entrusted with his mother's family home of 30 years and decided to use it for his own gain to fund his business ventures leaving 7 people (his own flesh and blood) homeless, out in the streets.
He used a mortgage elimination process fraud in order to rip off not only his mother,but the banks out of over $700,000. He is such a coward that he and his partners in crime did not respond to the lawsuit that was filed.
He prays on vulnerable women who have $ or property. He has long history going way to back his early 20's when he would constantly call his grandma for rent $. He was evicted from a duplex while his wife was making over $8,000 a month and he had
hundreds of thousands of dollars of his mothers blood $.
He committed the same mortgage elimination scam on his first 2 homes. He sold a neighbor a car for which they stopped making the payments on therefore leaving the unsuspecting neighbor to the wolves when the finance company came looking
to repo the car. He has the support of his brother like a pedophile priest has the support from the church.
