Simon Budd Computing Limited, Marc Chatfield, Edward Brown Ripoff They promised to send me 10 cellphones, had me wire the money and never spoke back Headington Oxford
I wanted to buy 10 cellphones and was looking through alibaba.com for good prices. I found this company called Simon Budd Computing limited in England that had fairly good prices.
I spoke with a sales person there Edward Brown. I started asking for prices, shipping and what not and everything was fine.
He told me to wire the money using Western Union and i said fine. I did everything he told me and send 1,100 dollars (plus what it cost me to send it 134.00 dollars). After that he said he would ship using UPS and in 48 hours i would get my cellphones.
after that two days pass and he keeps calling me because he cant get the money out of western union. I help him out. then he says on monday (day three) I would get the cellphones shipped.
Monday comes and He says his boss doesnt want to ship anything because his Minimum Order Quantity was 40, when this Edward had told me it was 10. but no problem I say, "hey i already trusted sending you the money send me the cellphones and when I get the 10 I will buy the rest 30". he says "Nop you need to buy them all". When he says this i say, "well I want a refund"
After this he changes attitude and says that he0'll send the 40 cellphones and when i receive them i would pay the rest. Me stupid, say yes instead of getting the refund right there. well he says that they'll be send using ups
Later i get an email from a courier company that i have neverheard off, doesnt even have a website called Sea & Air Diplomatic Courier Service located in new york.
they supposedly have the merchandise and they say i have to pay 1099 more dollars to get it in my address in miami. at this point I'm mad cause everything i was promised was not fulfilled. i call the courier company they say they dont know anything i have to pay.
I call mr Marc Chatfield and he says hell not refund the money I have to pay this first. and he is rude to me and logs off his internet. when i try to call noone answers the phones. I think I was ripped off.
