Simon Gift Cards Ripoff gave me an empty gift card Internet
I worked on earning coke rewards codes for a few weeks until I had enough points to get a $25 gift card from simon.com. When I redeemed it everything went smoothly and I printed out a piece of paper with my account number. I redeemed my 25 dollar gift card off the coke rewards site on august 17. Since I have had the card, I have never spent it or even typed the card number into a website. Now today, on the 22nd, my card is declined. I check the balance and I see that somebody has used the card to buy $25 worth of music from the apple store on the 18th. I don't know how this happened, but I think either they sent the same number to two people, or my account password was hacked.

Simon gift cards had a representative call me and I told her what happened. She said she would look into it and later, I got an email saying that I would be sent a new one. I have received it and it has its full value. It took a while, but now the ripoff has been resolved.

Since then I have sent multiple emails to their customer service center, all of which have been ignored.
