Simon Pretswell - UK Soccer Shop Simon Pretswell Stole my money Internet
4 Months ago I purchased a seville shirt as a present for a birthday , I paid extra for a la liga badge plus I had it printed . Total cost with p and p 60 ... I waited 3 weeks and the shirt arrived . It was the wrong Shirt totally ... Wrong Club , Wrong size etc . I e mailed them and asked them to change it , they e mailed back and said no problem and to send it back registered post which I did . I waited a month and no shirt arrived . I e mailed them several times and finally after days they answered and said they didn't have any in stock and would have to refund me . a month later I still had not had the refund so I called them ..
They NEVER answer the phone it just rings out , I have sent them 11 e mails requesting my money and I have heard nothing at all , I cannot afford to lose this money , I contacted trading standards who said they have had LOADS of complaints about this company Yet still they keep ripping people off , I have heard loads of complaints and read message boards , something needs to be done , THIS IS THEFT !!!!
