Its' been a year ago since I purchased a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer for $8,196.22, at a 25% annual % rate, 3,099.48 finance charge total sales for the amount of $12,295.70 enough for a new car don't you think?. They advertised indicating just a 500.00 down payment. However, after everything I was required to make a 1,000.00 down payment instead, they even approve to make 2 payment of 500.00 within a month. I signed all kinds of discrepencies like: terms regarding the installation of a GPS tracking device, which I think was never installed, but they sure threaten me with it when I didn't pay after a day or so.

Maybe about 3 months ago I inquired about my credit report to purchase another vehicle I found that this purchase was not even reported to credit report service. Later I recieved a call from a Finance company, supposely was taking over to get this record on the credit report . However, I am still making payments to the original Ziaph Capital Group who I started with from the beginning.

I feel I am being RIPPED OFF big time because I can tell that this vehicle is going through a major wear and tear due to the distance I have to travel just to buy groceries, purchase gas, travel to work, travel for health appointments which amounts to over 100 miles a round trip. I believe the amount of 4, 169.52 is enough to pay this vehicle off as of today.  Your support to notify this type of unfair treatment/services  by roadside dealers will not be tolerated by consumers in the state of Arizona.

Who Forced You?

You saw, or should have seen all the financial terms of this deal in the contract.  At that point in time it was up to YOU to either agree with those terms or to not agree to those terms.  YOU decided to go along with those terms and nobody forced you.  The time for whining about the price ended when you agreed to pay that price.  You have buyers remorse.  Enjoy your car.  Oh yes, I don't work for them!
