Simple Software Support Instant Software Store Paid for software I couldn't download and install Pennsylvania
When I tried to download the software and install, I got a message stating the software was back ordered (which is impossible). I got on a chat box with "Quincy" who came up with all manner of lame excuses why I couldn't download the software I paid for. When I asked him to call me so we could communicate he became very rude. He did eventually call me and his opening statement was " What the hell makes you think you are any more important than any of the other six customers I am talking to that I have to call you. He then asked for access to my PC to "fix" the problem. I can't allow a total stranger to access our business network and no one in their right mind would. He really pushed my buttons. I demanded a refund which he refused. I threatened to report him to the state Attorney General's office to which he threatened to attack my business online if I did. We will follow up though with reports to law enforcement. What ever you do, don't buy from these guys. They are bad business.
