1. My letter to the Utah Better Business burrow about Simplx.

First off they use total high presure sales tactics, the salesman pressured me into the deal. I said I did not have the money and he kept coming at me.

I said I am hanging up at least 3 time times but he persisted (he was pretty slick). He wouldn't take no for an answer. An hour later I was borrowing money from my mother. ($250) They outright LIE'D about there so called wholesalers. All the prices are high retail and cannot compete with the real

discounters online. I should have known when they wouldn't let me see examples of their prices before I handed over my $250. I asked nicely for a refund 2 days later when I realized what a RIP OFF it was. Then he started spewing out that I sighed a contract knowing what I was getting and they

refused to refund my money. Now I am sitting here with a lame duck service that doesn't work. On top of that they're going to start taking $35 dollars a month off my card. (I'll cancel my card first) They say I'm wrong and I can make money doing this. So I said ok prove me wrong, have one of your

consultants call me and show me the way, show me what I'm missing. They refused. I said what did I pay $250 for and $35 dollars a month for. He said it was for there service. (WHAT SERVICE?) So I asked, I have to pay all this money and you can't and provide any kind of coaching or consulting? He said

I can ask questions by email and they will get back to me. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to me; this company is a total SHAM and a bunch of scheming rip off artists. They have to be dealt with. The salesman's name was George. (Can't remember last name) The person who was

supposed to be a problem solver turned out to be a smug little twit who seemed like he wanted to make me angry. His name is Jonathan George. I paid the $250 with a borrowed visa card. I got duped; I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. Simplx values each employee and encourages them to treat all customers with the utmost respect and integrity. Simplx sales representatives are trained to inform interested customers of our products. If a customer doesn't want to buy, he or she is not obligated to do so. All Simplx sales calls are completed over the phone, so if a customer feels a salesman is placing excessive pressure on them, then the customer can hang up the phone at anytime.  This customer willingly agreed to purchase a Simplx product and willingly provided their billing information.

The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.

Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just the retail price, as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.

The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.

The customer complains that they couldn't get their money back, but no where do they mention anything about the official Simplx refund policy. Clearly, this customer was beyond the refund deadline, and felt Simplx should be held accountable for this customer not canceling before the deadline. The refund policy is stated clearly in every single invoice for every single Simplx product purchased. If a customer disagrees with this policy, they are not forced to sign up. If they do sign up for the product and agree to the refund policy, then Simplx has the responsibility to honor this policy.

The Simplx model of dropshipping works. You can see success stories on the Simplx blog at blog.simplx.com One of the best Simplx dropshippers happens to be one of the owners of the company, and he has been able to sell over $300,000 in revenue in one month, using the Simplx model of dropshipping, and have profit margins from anywhere between 7-10%. This is evidence that the Simplx model works.

Again, Simplx values each employee and encourages them to treat all customers with the utmost respect and integrity.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. Customers can know that any feedback or complaints they would like to send to Simplx can be done so via email at [email protected] Simplx can usually provide responses to any complaints within 1 business day to any customer who submits a complaint at this email address. We are confident we can resolve your concern or complaint, even if we need to provide free products or services to do so.

Sincerely,
