Simply Graceful Debra Waggoner BUYER BEWARE ripoff Logansport Indiana
On 08/23/06 I ordered 7 jumper style jean dresses. My cc was charged on 08-29-06 for $369.00 (the cost of the jumpers) Was told at the time I placed my order the jumpers would be here in approx. 3 weeks.
I had not received the dresses by Oct. 19th 2006 so I wrote(email) to Debra Waggoner to ask how the dresses were coming along? Debra wrote back and said my order was due to be shipped out on Oct. 23rd and would be here in the later part of the week.
I had still not received the dresses by Nov. 7th 2006 so I wrote (email) again to ask if they had been sent and also for a tracking number. I received no response. I wrote again on Nov. 9, 2006 and asked for a refund and am still getting no response.
Buyer Beware Simply Graceful is a internet scam! Debra Waggoner took my money($369.00) and never delivered my dresses!

11-10-06 I filed a complaint with the BBB of NE Indiana (Complaint Id # 26005918) Deb Waggoner was notified of the complaint and given 10 days to respond. (Which she didnt respond to.) The BBB is now giving her 10 more days to respond. 11-17-06 I received an email from Deb Waggoner AKA www.simplygraceful.con stating she received the letter from the BBB and that she would be mailing a check for a full refund. I Paid by CC... so why not credit my account? afterall 7 dresses couldnt find their way to my house! As of 11-29-06 I HAVE RECEIVED NO JUMPER'S AND NO REFUND! BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!
