My name is William  and i bought abed from a company off the computer called simply rest  October third 2009.  I received the bed on the 20th of October 2009 .The driver was suppose to bring the bed in and set it up . there was a note on the box saying this. The delivery person refused to set it up . William called the owner of the company William bought the bed from  simply rest .The person he spoke with said that they changed their policies and the warranty would not be voided .William told the person from simply rest that he wanted the bed put together as the paperwork said. The person from simply rest refused . William ended up having to install the bed himself. Williams wife Charlene  has c.o.p.d a lung disease if your not familiar. When bill ordered the bed he told the guy from simply sleep about his wifes breathing problems and asked him to recommend a matress. When bill took the matress out of the plastic  it had an awful odor very strong .

William called the guy from simply rest and he said that all of the memory foam matresses had that same odor. The base also has memory foam around the outside.William called the guy from simplyrest again and told him the matresses had an awful smell and wanted brand name .the simplyrest guy said it was his companys matress and the smell would go away in seven days.William told him he wanted his money refunded.The simplyrest guy said he would only exchange matresses would not exchange base and that william had to pay for shipping .Now William and Charlene have no bed  They had to put the bed from simplyrest in the garage because it still smells fifteen days later. William also paid one hundred dollars for sheets .The sheets arrived in mail a week after bed so they had no sheets like promised.Again the simply rest guy told them sheets were on backorder.William and Charlene are sixty five years  old and I cant believe that a buisness in United States can get away with robbing elderly people.
