Simply Sellular Ripoff SCAM! Beware Scam artists at their best Internet
This websites loves to take advantage of innocent people. They recently sent me an email stating that my phone was broken. Actually they claimed that "the hinges were broken." My phone has no hinges! and, the phone was only a few months old. As it was a replacement phone after i had lost my first one. This site is a SCAM! please beware. They tell their customers that theirs phones are broken, and they turn around and resell them to different companies.

Hello, I apologize your experience wasn't up to your expectations. However, per the terms and conditions of the offer, we have to test each phone to determine functionality and defects before issuing payment. The phone we received from you was a flip phone, and had a broken hinge when we received it. The hinge is the weakest part of the phone, and most prone to break. We do send you an email and give you the option of having your phone sent back if you don't accept the price and evaluation. We are always available via email and phone during normal business hours if you have any issues and would like further clarification. Thank you.
