I CALLED AND CANCELED OUR SUBSCRIPTION TO SIRIUS IN JAN. HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE US A MONTH FREE AND REMOVE OUR CREDIT CARD SO WE WOULD NOT BE BILLED AGAIN.  I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. BIG MISTAKE. 

LOOKED AT MY BILLING TODAY AND FOUND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR THE FREE MONTH AND THAT I OWED $64 MY BALANCE WAS ZERO IN JAN. AND THIS IS FEB. AND MY BILL USED TO BE ONLY $32 A MONTH.  AFTER A VERY LONG TIME ON THE PHONE THEY FINALLY GOT THE MESSAGE THAT I NO LONGER WANTED TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT COULD NOT CANCEL AND PROMISE A FREE MONTH WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES THEN TURN AROUND AND CHARGE YOU FOR 2 MONTHS. 

THIS TIME I GOT A CANCELLATION NUMBER AND PRINTED IT.  THEY HAD ALSO TOLD ME THAT ALL CHARGES WOULD BE REMOVED BUT ON MY CANCELATION CONFIRMATION I SEE THEY HAVE ME DOWN WITH A $23.65 SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE.  I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO CALL AGAIN DISGUSTING THAT YOU HAVE TO CONTNUE ALL THESE CALLS. I AM FED UP.
