They advertise on Craigslist, when you call them they ask you to come to the office anytime during business hours and they will show you the property ...then when you arrive they will ask you to pay $50 fee before showing you the proberty (I didn't pay) ..the $50 was not mentioned on Craigslist or on the phone.
