SiteLock is just another run-of-the-mill web security company. They don’t have qualified engineers or developers in their office. I’m pretty sure they don’t know how to get you PCI compliance either.

The problem previously reported turns out to be the result of an employee "dropping the ball." The individual has been replaced and the company has "made good" on everything in a pleasant and professional manner. I intend to continue to work with them and they should be considered by anyone needing malware removal and related website services.
