The Houston park, Six Flags ASTROWORLD was closed in Oct. 2005 (SF Over Texas is actually in Arlington, TX near Dallas) so I'm guessing either the author of the complaint was mistaken on which park they visited or it was some time ago looking at the date the complaint was submitted. I personally did not experience any of this at SF Magic Mountain. All the employees were VERY nice & professional. I've been to 7 of the Six Flags Parks, 3 of those on more than one occasion, & the only time I experinced any unnecessary behavior of an employee was at Astroworld simply because the park was closing & ticked everyone off but there was no rudeness involved, just EXTREEEEMELY slow checkouts at the registers for souviners & food but no one was ever rude. Now, I'm not saying that the author didn't experience a bad day there but from my experience as well as close friends' experiences, nothing like that has happened to us. I wouldn't avoid SF parks just for having one bad visit.
