I ordered a radio for a 93 explorer giving exact part number needed. I received a radio that was the wrong part number. I called and they required me to pay to return wrong part. As of yet I have not received my refund. The cost of the radio was immediatly charged to my Visa and 6 months later they still have my money.

HI Loren- I know it has been a while since your incident. John Bardino owned S & J Auto Parts (check the ripoff reports... same m.o.), declared bankruptcy about a year and a half ago and shut down. The crook is doing business at the same location under the name of Thoroughbred auto parts ripping people off just like he did before. He stole $6,000 from my daughter before S&J closed and my daughter never received a penny back. Please consider filing a report with the FBI. I am including the information to take you directly to the FBI web site. Search Thoroughbred Auto Parts and see what he is doing. Charles Bardino who owns Bardino Motors,at the exact same address, has registered in his name a 27ft. yacht named 'EMPTY POCKETS.' I can only encourage you to file with the FBI. God bless, Momma Bear Complaints of Internet fraud are processed by our Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a joint partnership of the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center. Simply go to: http://www.ic3.gov and file your complaint. It will be an official record, and you will receive a complaint number via email. From there, the IC3 will forward your complaint to the appropriate investigative agency for action. The creation of IC3 is an innovative and successful solution for citizens to have their complaints expeditiously addressed.
