Ordered a PCM on 8-11-05, credit card charged immediately, called today to get tracking #, very rude woman on phone said that part wasn't shipped, my card was charged?, told her and she said "don't know what to tell you", she said that she had no info., now I'm beginning to wonder if I am going to get the part in time for my vacation that I need the vehicle for!!!!

Got my money, only after getting into a heated discussion with Johnny. Just so it may be known, Mr B. I still sent my complaint into the A.G. office. I hope you here from them soon. Oh, by the way, I got my part in my hands in four days from a lovely company from Alabama who even gave me my tracking number and everything! Go figure, customer service! You may want to try that someday!

Mr. Bardino, I forgot to inform you that I also have a complaint form in my hand from the State of New York Attorney General's Office. Does fraud mean anything to you. I've also been informed by my bank, that they aggresively pursue cons like yourself who take advantage of the hard working people in America. My bank form is called an affidavit for unauthorized/illegal use or misrepresentation of goods or services.

After 17 phone calls, or 10 and many halfs because I was either hung up on or left on forever hold, I've made no progress. I threatened with calling the A.G. office in New York but it seemed not to bother any of the "so called" employees of John. I did finally get John on the phone, he had the nerve to say to me that he had heard that I was upset!! Games, games, games!! He left me on hold three times so he could get my info., HA HA!! I'm sure everyone was getting a big old laugh everytime I called. (Excellent customer service) He finally got on the phone and said that my part was coming up from Glen Falls and he would ship it out the next day. I informed him that I wanted my money back, not just back but, as fast as it took him to take it in the first place. He placed me on hold again, when he came back, he says, there your done, now you don't have to call back again CLICK! So guess what, I've called my bank three times, no credit has been given. So what do I do? Ring, Ring to Christine this time. She was actually nice to me. John should hold on to her, she may be the missing link!! Anyway, I still don't have my money and Mr. Crook, I mean John, if you write a rebuttal to this, I'm sure you're going to be very nice and honest. With love, a very happy customer 3 hours from your business.
