S&J USED AUTO PARTS - FINDPART - PARTSLOCATER ripoff Frauds, Liars, charged us before parts was found, charged us $50 just to ship via US post, Never got the parts, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM Saratoga Springs New York
On Aug 08/10/05, we ordered from S&J Auto Parts via phone #518-583-7278 (Scott sales person) intake air manifold for our Mercedes Benz,
Scott told me that hey had the part and the price too good to be true was only $200 plus $50 for US postal shipping (unbelievable) since we were in dire need of the part, we went ahead with the deal on phone, Scott assured us that we would get our order within three business days,
So we waited 3 days passes by no delivery, my husband called to see when we get our order, he was told by John that they did not have the part yet, it would take them 10+ days to locate the part, at this time we did not want to wait so we told them we would cancel the order and would like to have our money refunded.
We waited expecting them to have our money refunded we saw nothing being credited to our account as promised by John, who told us that the money would be in our account within 10 business days, it is more than a month now, we are yet to see our refund, I have filed a dispute with my financial institute, hopefully I get my money back, because we have been able resolve anything by calling S&J Auto at all.
If you are looking for parts for Mercedes, I have a very good recommendation for you ALL MERCEDEZ in Oakland CA, they deliver what they promise at very prices.
