Sjm Marketing Platium B Services beware they call me over the phone to say my loan is approve i said that i never applied who would think that 2yrs later that this company would have suck 3200 out of my account how you tell me and for two years can't get my money back beware!! Ripof Shawnee Kansas
Well in April 2005, some person call me over the phone about an payday loan, I said that I was'nt interested in a loan, I sign no paper work or nor did I recieve any paperwok about this loan, So in june 2007 come to find out that these people had been taking 60.00 dollars every two wk, out of my account so I ask my bank to freeze my account.
Finally I got ahold of a person name Dustin. The conversation went like this, I wanted to know what type of company was this because ,I didnt have a clue. He ask for my social security number. I gave him the information, and he said yes you have been paying onthis loan for a while, I ask what loan? he said you borrow 200.00 from us and I will close clear you and give you 200.00, I said NO I never applied for a loan. And then his true colors came out. Well am not going to give you all that money back, I ask him the procedure, show some proof he said it's right infront of me ,I said send it ( he never did ) I tried to call back several of times I finally spoke to this woman that claim that my account went into Collection office I ask for what she said that the 60.00 dollars every two weeks was for interest, you kidding me I said. She said yes you never paid back the 200.00.Can anyone help I look up this comany they have thousand of complaint and some is like my case, how can they get away with this!!
