I ordered two pairs of skis from Skicatalogue.com also known as lachpas on Ebay also known as Gestion Normand Lachaine.
I advised the seller that I would not accept the skis when they arrive due to their being the incorrect radius.
When they arrived, my office refused deliver and sent them back. The skis were returned to the seller.
On Friday, August 8, 2014, I was advised by Ebay that the two pairs of skis I returned had been relisted by the seller. I then disputed my charge and the seller claimed not to have received the skis even though they had been relisted for sale and would not return my money.
This seller is dishonest and is a thief. Do not buy ski equipment online from this Canadian seller as he will not be honest and will not give your money back on returns.

I am the original poster. After some time and communication with this Ebay seller, he has agreeably and professional reached a solution to solve the problem.
There was apparently a delay in returning the items through Canadian mail. The seller started an investigation on the Canadian Side and I did the same on the U.S. Side. We have agreed to resolve the issue amicably on the basis of those investigations. Once the items are out of the mail system and in the seller's warehouse, I will receive my money back.
The seller has professionally worked to resolve the issue and as long as he follows through, I am satisfied with the solution.
