Saw a commercial on skin & eye products used and sponsored by celebs. A total scam how they were able to not be sued by celebs is a question that exists unless they are benefiting by the scam. The company Skin Royale & Eye Royale or Skin Enricher will start billing you $92.90 for the eye product and $94.90 for the skin product under the merchant name "Elegant Eye". The company receiving the payments is out of Las Vegas NV of course by the name of JDJ Capital Inc.
Why you ask well when you agree to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to a 14 day trial then if you don't cancel in that trial period you automatically accept the charges levied on your credit card. No where on there website is it identified that you are signing up for a "membership" if you don't cancel during the 14 day trial except in the fine print of the terms and conditions.
My credit card company caught these charges and their fraud department denied the charges immediately. I was sent an email from my credit card company regarding these charges which were suspicious in nature. After contacting the credit card company we together contacted each of the products the skin division and eye division to cancel the memberships and to request refunds. Both were completed. Sqeaky wheel gets the oil! Big kudos to Capital One Fraud department that did a wonderful job with these charges.
