I BOUGHT TWO BRODUCTS FROM SKINTRIUM SINCE DECEMBER THIRD OF THIS YEAR 2013. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCTS AS AM WRITING THIS REPORT. SEVERAL CALLS TO THE COMPANY AND I WAS TOLD THE ONLY CONTACT AVENUE IS THROUGH EMAIL. AFTER SOME WEEKS OF CALLING AND LEFT A NOTE THAT MY LAWYER WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, SOMEONE BY THE NAME JEFFERY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE COMPANY IS SORRY, THEY FORGOT TO SHIP MY PRODUCTS THAT HE WAS GOING TO MAIL IT RIGHT AWAY. UP UNTIL NOW I STILL DONT HAVE THE PRODUCTS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAIL ANYMORE. I EVEN MADE CALLS TO USPS AND FEDEX TO CHECK ON THE PRODUCT, BUT I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PACKAGE FROM SKINTRUIM. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS TO NO AVAIL.I EVEN ASKED FOR MY REFUND, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME UP UNTIL NOW. COMPANY LIKE THESE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MARKET.
