Skipsweb.com Bully, threatens, blackmails, steals your money basically illinois
On January 9, 2013 I paid Skip half of the web hosting and then On January 25, 2013 paid him the other half. The service was for a year. He was very bad at returning emails and NEVER answers his phone. I was getting very skeptical the entire year.
Here is what he promises on his site:

He didnt fulfil all of these promises. I laugh at his promise to give the best prices in the inudstry, when he charges $150 more than other companies I have been looking into and many other of these promises that were never fulfilled. I was being reasonable and emailing him and asking him, okay so why are you charging this much more, please tell me why it is so expensive so I can understand. Then I decided to ask for my files because I do not like his service and he is very rude. He also offers the best customer service, which is not true. When I asked for these files, because he refused to answer me about why he charges so much more, He wrote me back and said my contract expired a few days ago and he was being nice so he removed my site completely and then sent my domain, which is mine, to his website. So not only did he cancel my account a day early and lied to me when the site was put up, he also then decided to gain business from my site with out my permission. He will lie and say that I paid him late, however, the payment was made on January 9, 2013 because he refused to put up my site until paid, which i totally get. But now he says he was a nice guy and let me start early. I didnt need to start early, my contract ended with other companies the end of January, so I have proof I was not in a rush. In any case, he decided to close my site and told me he would only give me files to a site that I owned, and I have proof of him telling me I owned it, unless I paid him $250 dollars. So not only did he steal from me, he then decided to blackmail me. He has put a halt to my business by doing this. Then he wrote me many emails about how I am ugly and fat. How he throws up when he sees my photos. And yes, I was cursing in emails and I was really annoyed by this man bullying me, and I am a woman. Apparently, he has the reputation of doing this. He called me cheap because I didn't want to pay him more than double what any other company charges. He totally bullied me. It is too bad there is no one regulating him because this kind of business is horrible. He called me stupid, and so many other names. I basically told him that he was pathetic, because he really is. Oh he also told me if I reviewed him, he would have friends write false reviews about me to ruin my reputation. Yes, folks, he threatened Liable in an email, so he cannot be too bright.
