On April 17, 09 two charges were entered on my wife's credit card as www.skype.com internet exchange, euro exchange rate.771294433% for 14.91 Another billing on April 18, 09, same address information for 14.94 Yet another billing on May 1, 09 ,same address information for 15.38
Skype in an internet video phone company located in the United Kingdom. You must sign up and have an account with them to use their service. We have had NO assocation with skype and do not have an account with them, therefore they have no right to bill us for any kind of service.
