After I contacted the NJ department of consumer affairs, Sleepys offered me an in store credit for the purchase price for my mattress. The lady who sent the offer was very nice & actually gave me a new mattress at the same discounted rate as the previous mattress which turned out to be the same price so I didn't have to pay anything, all I had to do was to pay for the box spring. Best of all, they asked me to keep the old mattress. Been a few months since I have had the new mattress & I am quite happy with it.

I have had a problem almost identical to yours please let me know what lawyer you have used as I would like to sue them as well. My mattress was almost 3,000.00 and I have been sleeping for months on a blow up mattress in the living room. They sent an inspector that said that I did not qualify for a refund as well. Please contact me with any info you get. I am filing with NJ's better business and I know that they have already gotten lawsuits. Thanks my name is melissa
