Bought a 1500.00 sealy mattress and it's crap. Informed the salesman of medical problems because we didn't want anything that could cause pain. Felt firm in the store, but when we got it you sink into it and only after two weeks you can see it starting to sag in the middle. Pain every night since we got this junk!

Salesman said when we purchased it that he would work in the return fee if we had to return it. All we would have to pay would be the delivery fee. Called him not even seven day's later and he said the same thing he said when we purchased it. He stated to come in and pick out a different mattress and all we would have to pay is the delivery fee.

We picked out the new mattress, he stated he was going to have to order it and that he would call within two day's. He called two day's later and stated that he would have to charge 100.00 on top of the delivery fee. I said I would speak to my husband and call him back. My husband wanted to know why all the sudden he was adding 100.00 on top of the delivery fee.

I called him back to question this and he stated that was the best he could do and to let him know. Called customer service but all they said was we had to deal with the saleman directly. He called me back two hours later and stated that we had two buy the new mattress for 1500.00 (the price of the original mattress)plus a 399.00 return fee and the 79.99 delivery charge and that he was sorry.

Called customer service and they would not even speak with us. So we were lied to and will never buy from them again. A very dishonest company. So much for their mission statement.

I hate sleepys, they are very pushy. I just wanted to give my 2 cents as i dont know why this company is so big when i hear so many horror stories. I love the obviously automated response from them also, fantastic!
