I purchased this cosmetic device from Luminess Air.  After trying the product out, I decided it was too expensive for the quality of product.  I called to return, and the customer service agent reduced the price by 50% so I retained the device.  I then received two more bottles of make up, automatically charging my credit card over $40.  I do not remember authorizing this charge.  When I called customer service, again, I got a voice mail stating they would contact me with a return phone call within 72 hours. They did, I clearly closed my accout at Luminess. I wished to return the two bottles of make up, only to read I had to have the original shipping label............I did not have it and cannot get through to their customer service agents again.

I  feel I was involved in a total bait and switch as they offered a product, switched the price, then would not facilitate my returning of the product.  I am out over a hundred dollars with no promising solution.
