Dear Unemployed who constantly are looking for a job, in craigslist, in such a hard time for all. I have been looking for employment in florida for months and have fallen for a couple of scams that included taking bartending classes and paying almost five hundred dollars for the company to hire you and they never do its a big scam in south beach miami beach area but thats another article. I am just trying to give the reader a sense of the harsh reality of the unemployed.
I was recently brought for an interview in a doral office to a company that just recently had changed its name to Universal Marketing Media that sells promotional packages from the miami heat and mediocre salons. I was told they were so busy, that they had a two year waiting lists for new clients. The company desperately was in need of entry level management in order to manage a promotional sales team. Too make a long story short have you ever been to westgate or attended timeshare this is a bigger fraud or scheme than this. I was hired by a man that never game me his last name or a business card by the name mikael, he seems to earn trust as he gives you a false sense of success. He sent me on a training with a jamaican titled ramon, which told me about his fabolous life and how he and all his staff were enjoying the benefits of running their own branch fool of people sellllling promotional rip offs.
Smart circle media promotional products is a surprise this company has been around for more than twenty years as it has other offices doing the dirty leg work that constantly change names as soon as they fire the innocent people who made these branch manager and executies rich from the soliciting money. Soliciting money that often leads to 12 hours sales day, taking advantage of the need of the people to make an honest living.
This company preys on the underqualified young men and woman to ruthless soliciting practices. There is a reason why office building have signs that specifiy some with greater detail of instruction no soliciting. You can get arrested and i have been escorted out of building as it interrupts the work environment and pace. Every office you enter to sell your third rate promotional products that are not a great deal you basically have to pay for coupons you can get for free in the mail. They get you with fast talk soliciter sales tactics he or she might use as limited time offer and flashy cards and coupons.
The staff in the office dont even know how to make their own tie or even the proper way to wear a tie. It looks like they are wearing their tie from middle school as it doesnt even reach their navel. The secretary are playing loud rap, and they play it off as cool, because everyone is a team leader yet no one is the leader except the three guys that are in on it making a bunch of underqualified sales associates bother countless offices and business in miami, brickell, coconut grove, and coral gables.
I suggest please read more about this smart circle company and watch out for universal media because these people are hiring. These individuals work selling and soliciting from seven in the morning to seven at night thats twelve hours for minimum wage with no health care as they make you sign this indepent contrator agreement, basically limiting their liability when you risk yourself in the street selling shady products. The employees there except the three mini bosses that hire are the only ones that are blinded with the false promise land. The employees are so underqualified that they say things are law of averages as in hit more doors I believe its the law of probability. As in the higher the probability the more people you screw over the higher the probability you might encounter some one to stop them.
Please read more comments as seen in this website its all true about poor wages and boiler room tactics. If you work in this company you will hate yourself as you look as a godless johavas witness with all papers in your hand.
The highest level of unemployment since the eighties leaves the path open for shady business practice that prey on the need of the people to work. Please avoid Universal Media Marketing with their Smart Cirle promotional packages which include miami heat tickets, salon, and movie tickets. These individuals plan to hit the streets this friday at 4 am to prey on shoppers and illegally solicit every where imaginable and unimaginable whether if you are busy in the restroom or while your busy ordering a burger in mcdonalds they will try to prey on people trying to get a good deal. Miami area job seekers be careful also with bartending school mafia.
