The first denial was for a radiator explosion, we called their office for permission to do the repairs, but they refused to answer the phone for 4 hours each of the repair facility called tthem, with never an answered call,(their caller ID had the name of KARS,Kelleys auto repair service) an extremely honest mom & pop facility that is a fixture in out town, THEY DENIED THE REPAIR BECAUSE WE DID NOT CALL(WE DID, IT BEING A FRIDAY THEY KNEW BY THE CALLER ID THAT IT WAS A REPAIR FACILITY AND TO HAVE THE CARS USE FOR THE WEEKEND THEY KNEW I WOULD HAVE TO OKAY THE REPAIR MYSELF DUE TO MY WHEELCHAIR LIFT BEING ON BACK), THE SECOND DXENIAL IS FOR$1100+ DOLLARS, COMING HOME FROM THE DOCTOR I SAW MY GAUGE SHOWING THE ENGINE HEATR RISING, SO I STOPPED AT A REPAIR GARAGE AND AS SOON AS IT COOLED, THEY ADDED A HALF GALLON OF WATER TO THE FILL BOTTLE, THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I STARTED THE CAR IS DIDN'T SOUND  RIGHT, SO I BROUGHT IT TO kars AUTO REPAIR, WWHO DIAGNOSED A BLOWN HEAD GASKET,, THEY DENIED THE REPAIR BECAUSE I CHANGE MY OWN OIL, I AM A RETIRED NASCAR NORTH RACER/BUILDER I STILL RACE A DRAG RACER I BUILT WITH MY OWN HANDS THAT HAS A TOP SPEED OF 177MPH CONSISTENLY, BUT CHANGING MY OWN OIL ACCORING TO THEM BLEW MY HEAD GASKET (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE, THE TWO ARE NOT CONNECTED EVEN USING THE WORST EXCUSE,SO FAR THIS RIPOFF SERVICE HAS COST A TOTAL OF $4300.OO INCUDING MEMBERSHIP
