SmartZip Just Out for Your Money! Internet
They make it hard to cancel their service. Even when I was out of contract and gave them notice of terminating my account they still charged me another payment of $490 and won't give it back. They kept lying that I was still in contract which I wasn't. I even had one manager confirm that I was out of contract and was able to see my email notification of cancellation. But they still charged me.
Their servies are pretty good, but super expensive. I paid over $8,000 in monthly fees to get leads. Never did one ever turn into a sale. And I worked the leads that I did get hard and constant in a professional manner. They are supposed to be targeting homeowners that are statistically ready to sell and pay dearly for this service. It surely didn't work for me and warn against using them unless you have extra money to burn!
I am now battling them through my bank to get my last payment they took which was unauthorized back. I DO NOT recommed their services.
