I was truly surprised at your comments regarding SMC. I requested their info online, received it in 3 days and telephoned the company. I was treated very well, no one ever asked me if I had a credit card and all of my questions were answered in a courteous manner. Also am wondering if the person referring to SMC as an MLM company like AMWAY is really serious about that remark. MLM is in a whole different category. There is nothing about this company that I can see that is anywhere near being classified as MLM. In order to make money in MLM they encourage you to sign other people up who are your down- line, how does this even come close to that. This is purchasing at wholesale and selling your products, not signing people up.

I recently called the SMC to find out more info. After reading his shpil word for word from his cheat card in front of him, was I presured to give up my credit card info. to join now! As he continued on reading from his cheat card, I interupped him a few times with questions. Wow! he was not happy with me because he was loosing his spot on the cheat card. I could tell because he had to go back and repeat the same setence again. And Man, he din't let up. He thought he smeled blood, and kept on going as well well as I kept interuping. I wanted to laugh, but I just wanted to simply ask him some questions. I believe I was talking to a programed robot. When I fooled him by saying. "sorry sir, I don't have a credit card to give you." He proceeded to ask me if I had a bank account. I said, yes I do. He then proceeded to explain that they had a plan to withdraw my payment automaticly from my account If I gave him my account info!!. It was then I knew it was a scam. All I can say that SMC sure got some pathetic presure tatics. Sorry SMC, try again. The joke is on you!! Folks, please use your common sense. Don't give any info until you do your home work.

Not only does SMC change their contracts as often as I change my underware, but they have their contracts in 4 different locations, and guess what - THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT.... this way they can just say this is the one you agreed to. Here is how their contracts works - Some SMC member does or says something that SMC does not Like - So SMC just adds a new sentence or paragraph sting you can not do that. The worst part is if you take that to court SMC will have at leat 10 swear under oath that that was the contract at the time you signed up. Beleive me this is exactly what they do. When are all the people are going to wake up and smell the coffee.

Doing a "control F" on SMC's so called contract brings up the word "you" 83 times, "your" 33 times, and "our" 6 times. Their use of "our" is almost exclusively used to explain what they WON'T do or for which they may not become accountable. . Their line of merchandise is represented with grossly inflated "retail" prices, much of it is reminiscent of a trip through a dollar store. . It's really pathetic when one time popular public figures or actors at the end of their career must resort to hawking questionable schemes on late night "infomercials", etc. I guess when you're no longer in demand in the former capacity, the only thing left to sell is your dignity. Sad. Really sad.
