Smc Ripoff! Lied to me and treated me with disrespect. Chatsworth California
I was told that my membership fee would be drafted from my savings account on the 8th of every month. Lies! The last two months it's been on the 5th or the 6th. I had two over-draft charges that they made me pay plus the membership fee and it was not my fault because they tried to get money before the agreed time.
I have sold a lot of items and I am doing well that way. I have not had orders missed up. But I have been lied too. Yesterday I had a large order. I made a good profit and I payed my bills. I called to place my order and was told my account was red flagged because of an over-draft. I did not have extra money to pay 60.00 that I honestly should have not had to pay. Before they would take my order, I sent the monies western union QUICK COLLECT costing me 13.00 out of my profit and it was their mistake. After speaking to several people from SMC I thought the issue was resolved but I was wrong.
