Socketlabs offers a smtp service to send emails.
After the sign up, I had to wait for about an hour and then I received an email saying I was declined. Then I called and spoke to Justin in support who was not able to answer me a simple question. He then hung up on me!
I called back and spoke to a supervisor. He then told me that they decline about 60% of business. I only received a bogus explanation of why my company was declined!!!
TOTALLY unprofessional
They should provide on their website which kind of businesses they don't want and that they decline about 60% who sign up for their service. Otherwise they waste the time of about 60% of businesses that sign up!
They told me they do not have to explain to me the reason why I was declined, but I guess they did not see a great business potential, as I signed up for the free version to test their service.
