Software-Hq Fraudulent Transactions and says Credit Card didn't go through so that they can charge you multiple times . Internet
We tried to download Skype, but it was apparently through Software-Hq's link to Skype (like a previous complaint mentions, they write in very small print that they merely provide a link). Then they ask for your credit card information which said they would only charge around $14. It didn't go through the first 2 times, then the third time it went through and said we were charged $70.
When we immediately called the phone number listed to cancel the transaction (which the website claims it has a 14 day "satisfaction guarantee") the call service lady said they have no record of our account. The call service lady was rude and cursed at us. We called multiple times and the same lady answered the phone each time (apparently no one else works there but her) and then we threatened to sue the company.
