When I tried the 800 number on the bank charge, it did not work, so I went online and found 1-888-770-4692. You will NEVER get a human but I've left messages on every extension and sent emails to all of their "Support" emails. I got one message back saying they would refund my money, MINUS a $9.99 service charge within 2 to 10 business days. It read:

Today is December 8th, and I am yet to see that refund. I have left them a number of messages and sent emails, to no avail. I gave them a chance to fix it, but they choose not to do so. I will also be filing a report with the BBB.
Beware of anything marked Software Pros.
