While researching ERPs for our company, I must have downloaded a white paper or otherwise got my information to softwarefit.com.  I received an email from them stating as much and that I could receive a $50 American Express gift card for submitting a review of any one of their CRMs or ERPs that they had reviewed on their site.

So I submitted a rather indepth review of SugarCRM as we use that software regularly.  After submitting the review, I emailed Ann...and never heard back.  I emailed several more times asking where my AMEX card was and still received no response.  I also went through the website's contact form and even called.  However, when you call, you simply get a message saying "You have reached Softwarefit.  No one is available to take your call right now so please leave a message...".

And in case you were wondering, I did check the website and sure enough, my review is posted for all the world to see.  It's not right that these sleemos promise something and deliver nothing.  I also noticed a couple of other things.  Besides the complete lack of information on the company, when you look up Anna Banks on social networks, there's very little information.  The only thing I found was that on Linked In, David D. B. from the Netherlands is the only person to endorse her and is the only other member of the group SoftwareFit.  The group does have a few posts but they are rather lifeless.

Don't waste your time with this group that I'm sure is using your information to somehow make money and give you nothing back for it.
