Ordered items on-line, web site indicated the items were in stock, asked for 9and charged for) expedited shipping. Credit card was immediately charged, no items arrived, no one answers phone- tried every extension. E-mail complaint was responded to stating the items were back ordered. Will not accept e-mail cancellation, only by phone, but they don;t answer phones. Tried to call more than 10 times over 3 days during business hours. Do not order from this web site.
