Purchased a guitar (as a Christmas gift) from Soundsmusical.com on 26/9/2005 - money was taken from account on 27/9/2005!! I paid over 260 for the guitar. After being told delivery would be 7-14 days, I sat back and waited ....... and waited ...... and waited!!! I have made several phone calls to them asking where the guitar was, only to be told there was a delay with Christmas coming up, & to wait "another 2 weeks" and "another 2 weeks"

In December 2005, I was informed the item was still not received from supplier & was offered a refund. I was told refund would take 3-5 days ..... I have since been told 30 days. But still 18 weeks on, NO GUITAR & NO REFUND!!!!!

I continue to make calls to them only to be shouted at, hung up on & fobbed off with excuse after excuse as to why the money was still not in my account!!!

I would STRONGLY advise anyone thinking of buying a product from soundsmusical.com to go elsewhere - their customer service is appalling & they take money without delivering goods. I have so far contacted my local papers, Watchdog & Which and I am now having to seek legal advice to try & get my money back, & would not want ANYONE to have to go through the distress that I have.

It took Soundsmusical ONE DAY to lay their hands on MY money, & 18 weeks on, I am still waiting of Guitar or Refund. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!!! .. Not even my worst enemy!

I would like to hear from anyone else who has encountered the same problems & what the outcome was
