Soundsonline specializes in music sampling software. I purchased software from Soundonline several times without any problem.

Last January, I purchased a software product called "StormDrums." I paid $250+ for the software. I did not receive that product. Instead was sent another product called "Pianos." I contacted Soundsonline to arrange a return and either have the StormDrums sent to me or get a credit. I was given a return number and an address to return the Pianos product. I returned it, and Soundsonline acknowledged receipt of the return.

I waited for the StormDrums or the credit and I didn't receive it. From April through October, I contacted Soundsonline and inquired about the status. I kept on getting responses such as "we will have the accounting department look into it." Bottom line, I never got the StormDrums and never got the credit. I finally gave up. It was not worth my while to try to go after a business in California from Colorado. Soundsonline has my money, and I don't have any product.

While Soundsonline does offer good products, I will not do business with the company after this experience.
